【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdescribesamethodfordeterminingthewet-roadskidresistanceofasurfacebymeasuringtheLFCRNLusingtheRoadAnalyserandRecorderofNorsemeter(ROAR).Inadditiontothefrictionmeasurementalsomeasurementsofpavementtexturecanbeperformed.Themethodprovidesfrictioncoefficientmeasurementsofpavementsbyusingahydraulicallybrakedtestwheelatapre-setslipratio,whichcanbefixedfrom5%to95%.DefaultvaluefortheNetherlandsis86%.Thestandardtesttyreisdraggedoverapre-wettedpavementundercontrolledloadandspeedconditionswhileitsrunningdirectionisparalleltothedirectionofmotionandperpendiculartothepavement.Todeterminethemacrotextureofthepavementalasersystemisused.Thissystemisplacedinfrontofthetowingvehicleinordertomeasurethemacrotextureondrypavementsandonthesamepathastheskidresistancemeasurementisdone.ThestandardforthismeasurementandtheusedmeasuringdevicearewelldescribedinstandardENISO13473-1andENISO13473-2.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61850specifiesafileformatfordescribingcommunication-relatedIED(IntelligentElectronicDevice)configurationsandIEDparameters,communicationsystemconfigurations,switchyard(function)structures,andtherelationsbetweenthem.ThemainpurposeofthisformatistoexchangeIEDcapabilitydescriptions,andSAsystemdescriptionsbetweenIEDengineeringtoolsandthesystemengineeringtool(s)ofdifferentmanufacturersinacompatibleway.ThedefinedlanguageiscalledSystemConfigurationdescriptionLanguage(SCL).TheIEDandcommunicationsystemmodelinSCLisaccordingtoIEC61850-5andIEC61850-7-x.SCSMspecificextensionsorusagerulesmayberequiredintheappropriateparts.TheconfigurationlanguageisbasedontheExtensibleMarkupLanguage(XML)version1.0(seeXMLreferencesinClause2).Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproductsusingthelanguage,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationofentitiesandinterfaceswithinacomputersystem.ThispartofthestandarddoesnotspecifythedownloadformatofconfigurationdatatoanIED,althoughitcouldbeusedforpartoftheconfigurationdata.
