【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardconsolidatesalltheseparaterequirementsspecifiedinrollingstockTSIsandEuropeanStandardsrelatingtobogiesandrunninggeartogetherintoanoverallrequirementandprocessthatensuresafunctionalandsafedesignisachievedforadefinedoperatingenvelope.TherearemanyEuropeanStandardsthatspecifythedesignrequirementsandassociatedprocessesofbogieandrunninggearcomponentsandsub-assemblies.TherearealsoEuropeanstandardsthatspecifyvehicleperformanceandvalidationrequirementsthatdependdirectlyonthebogiesorrunninggear.Theobjectiveofthisstandardistobringalltheseseparatedesigncriteriatogether.Thisisaccomplishedbyspecifyingthedesignandvalidationprocessestobeusedforbogiesandrunninggearwithparticularfocusonthetwokeydisciplinesofdynamicbehaviourandstructuralintegrity.Toensurethatsafeoperationcanbecontinuedthroughouttheproductlifethedefinitionofamaintenanceplanisalsorequired.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletobogiesandrunninggearintendedforvehiclesthatwilloperateundertheInteroperabilityDirectivesondesignatedTENroutes.Therequirements,however,canbeusedinotherapplicationsatthediscretionoftheinterestedparties.Itspecifiestherequirementstoachieveasatisfactorydesignofbogieorrunninggearandtovalidatethedesignagainsttherelevantperformanceandsafetycriteria.TechnicalrequirementsarespecifieddirectlyorbymakingreferencetotherelevantEuropeanstandardsandincludethenatureandcontentofanauditablerecordthatshouldbeproducedofthedesignandvalidationprocesses.Therequirementsaddressonlythedesignandvalidationofbogiesandrunninggear.Norequirementsaresetforothersystemscomponentsthatareattachedtothebogiesorrunninggear,excepttoestablishthatasatisfactoryinterfacehasbeenprovided.NOTESpecificationsthatrelatetobogiesandrunninggearcanonlybeconsideredinthecontextofaspecificvehicleapplication.Thereforetheperformance,bothsafetyandotherwise,canrelateonlytothebogiesandrunninggearaspartofavehicleconfigurationandnottotheindividualelementsofthebogiesorrunninggear.
