【摘要】:Representativesamplesofindustrialchemicalsarerequiredforthedeterminationofchemicalandphysicalpropertieswhichareusedtoestablishstandardvolumes,prices,andcompliancewithcommercialandregulatoryspecifications.Theobjectiveofsamplingistoobtainasmallportion(spotsample)ofmaterialfromaselectedareawithinacontainerwhichisrepresentativeofthematerialintheareaor,inthecaseofrunningorall-levelsamples,asamplewhosecompositionisrepresentativeofthetotalmaterialinthecontainer.Aseriesofspotsamplesmaybecombinedtocreatearepresentativesample.ManualandAutomaticSamplingConsiderations8212;Theselectionofmanualorautomaticsamplingdevicesispartofestablishingasamplingplanappliedunderallconditionswithinthescopeofthispracticeprovidedthatthepropersamplingproceduresarefollowed.Bothtypesofsamplingarecommonlyusedforliquid,solid,andslurrysamplingandrequireadherencetothefollowing:5.3.1Anadequatefrequencyofsamplingmustbeselected.5.3.2Theequipmenttosupportmanualorautomaticsamplingsystemsmaybeobtainedcommercially,fabricatedfromthedesignspresentedinthispractice,orconstructedasneededtosatisfyprocessdesignorotherspecificrequirements.5.3.3Thesamplingequipmentmustbemaintainedonaregularbasis,andthesamplingplanadoptedmustbestrictlyfollowed.1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforsamplingseveralclassesofindustrialchemicals.Italsoincludesrecommendationsfordeterminingthenumberandlocationofsuchsamples,toensuretheirbeingrepresentativeofthelotinaccordancewithacceptedprobabilitysamplingprinciples.1.2Althoughthispracticedescribesspecificproceduresforsamplingvariousliquids,solids,andslurries,inbulkorinpackages,theserecommendationsonlyoutlinetheprinciplestobeobserved.TheyshouldnottakeprecedenceoverspecificsamplinginstructionscontainedinotherASTMproductormethodstandards.1.3Theseproceduresarecoveredasfollows:SectionsStatisticalConsiderations7-11SimpleLiquids12-27Solids28-34Slurries36-41【英文标准名称】:Barcodesymbols--CODE128--Basicspecifications
