【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO1060establishesasystemofdesignationforvinylchloridethermoplasticresins,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.1.2Thetypesofvinylchlorideplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatoryproperties:a)reducedviscosityb)apparentdensityc)retentionona63urnmeshsieved)plasticizerabsorptionatroomtemperature(forgeneral-purposeresinsandfillerresinsonly)e)theviscosityandthetypeofrheologicalbehaviourofastandardpaste(forpasteresinsonly)andoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,polymerizationprocessesandintendedapplications.1.3ThispartofISO1060isapplicabletoresinsinpowderformwhichconsistofhomopolymersofthemonomervinylchlorideandcopolymers,terpolymers,etc.,ofvinylchloridewithoneormoreothermonomers,butwherevinylchlorideisthemainconstituent.Theresinsmaycontainsmallamountsofnon-polymerizedsubstances(e.g.emulsifyingorsuspendingagents,catalystresidues,etc.)andothersubstancesaddedduringthecourseofpolymerization.1.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO1060doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.1.5Inordertospecifyaresinforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,introductoryparagraph).
