【摘要】:ISO15614-12:2004specifiesthetestswhichmaybeusedforqualificationofweldingprocedurespecificationsforspot,seamandprojectionweldingprocesses.ISO15614-12:2004definestheconditionsforcarryingouttestsandthelimitsofvalidityofaqualifiedweldingprocedureforallpracticalweldingoperationscoveredbythisInternationalStandard.TestsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardunlessmoreseveretestsarespecifiedbytherelevantapplicationstandardorcontractwhentheseshallapply.TheacceptabilityofapplyingtheprinciplesofthisInternationalStandardtootherresistanceweldingprocessesshouldbeestablishedbeforeanyqualificationisundertaken.ISO15614-12:2004coversthefollowingresistanceweldingprocesses:-spotwelding;-indirectspotwelding;-directspotwelding;-seamwelding;-lapseamwelding;-mashseamwelding;-failbutt-seamwelding;-seamweldingwithstrip;-projectionwelding;-indirectprojectionwelding;-directprojectionwelding.
